The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with a double sofa bed, TV, a dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), overlooking a small courtyard - A bathroom with shower, WC Outside : - A 16 m² terrace with barbecue and furniture (table, chairs, sun lounger, parasol) to enjoy the sunny days, which is not fully fenced. Other remarks: - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
