Take a break in this quiet, bright 48m² 2-room flat on the 6th floor of a nice building. With magnificent views over the bay of Menton and as far as Italy, and a terrace with uninterrupted mountain views, it's the perfect holiday home for 2 or 4 people. With its closed garage and location just 2 steps from the beach and all amenities (small supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, numerous restaurants at the foot of the building), you can get around on foot for maximum relaxation. Comprising a separate fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook delicious meals while admiring the sea, 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200), comfort mattress, wardrobe and desk area, living room with sea-view dining area, sofa bed, HD television, terrace with furniture for dining facing the mountains, shower room with bidet, washing machine, separate WC, air-conditioning to keep cool in summer. 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (choose the booking option for 4 people and the price will be updated). If the booking is for 2 people and the use of the sofa is required, please specify this in advance; a supplement of 30 euros will be charged for the provision and preparation of the sofa bed and the supply of the relevant bed linen.
