L'INSTANT CONCIERGERIE Roscoff/Carantec is there for you. JULIANNA is there to accompany you throughout your stay. Entrance is from 4pm to 7pm and departure at 10am. Please let us know if you are arriving later or leaving earlier. Cleaning is important for your comfort and is carried out by professionals. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Private parking is available.

You've arrived in a 164 M2 single-storey house, including swimming pool, suitable for 8 people. The main room is bathed in light and overlooks a superb swimming pool. It includes a spacious living area opening onto the terrace facing the sea, a very modern kitchen with a central island where you'll find storage and all the equipment you need. There are 3 bedrooms with storage space and a very large closet in the hallway: a master suite with queen-size bed and shower room, a second bedroom with queen-size bed, and a children's bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds; a bathroom and separate toilet. The laundry room is easily accessible from outside after a day at the beach, where you'll find a washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to the covered swimming pool is via a door on the kitchen side, which locks for everyone's safety (SECURED SWIMMING POOL). Outside, a lovely enclosed garden awaits you, with a very large terrace, and at the front of the house a car port for private parking.
