located just a few tens of meters walk from the sandy beach of Saint-Clair, and its very good restaurants, at the foot of the bike path, grocery store 100m. You can, during your stay, go to the beach, take the coastal path to go to downtown Lavandou (- 2km), or the painters' path, go to the market or simply have a drink while listening the various musical entertainment, take the shuttle to the Golden Islands, without even taking your car.Charming 4-sided house with sea view, facing the Levant and Port Cros islands. 2 bedrooms with large new beds (view of the Levant Islands) with double glazing and storage. 1 bedroom with 2 beds fitted with double glazing and storage. Shower room with WC, washing machine, numerous cupboards. Living room / fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, dishes) + TV, opening into a shaded terrace OUTSIDE WITHOUT OPPOSITE. Private parking. the terrace is equipped with 3 relax armchairs, 4 chairs, large table and electric barbecue, arbor with sun visor
