Entire house located in the heart of the vineyards a few steps away from Epernay town centre. With its refined 1960's decoration, the house is perfect to enjoy both the town centre and the peacefulness of nature. Composed of 4 bedrooms, a spacious living & dining room, a fully equiped kitchen and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and bbq it is the ideal house to welcome families our a group of friends for a relaxed and friendly stay during their trip in Champagne. 4 bedrooms composed of : Bedroom 1 : 1 queen size bed + wardrobe Bedroom 2 : 1 queen size bed Bedroom 3 : 1 standard double bed + wardrobe + desk Bedroom 4 : 1 standard single bed 1 bathroom with separated toilets
