Everything has been designed to make this house easy to live in. Its kitchen opens onto a vast living room extended by a covered wooden terrace, allowing you to adapt your lifestyle to all weathers and all generations. The bedrooms are grouped together in a dedicated wing for greater peace and quiet. There are 5 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and two with three beds (bunk beds + single beds). There's one bathroom and two shower rooms. In mid-season, you can warm up with the warmth of a wood-burning stove (pellets supplied). There are also electric radiators in the bedrooms.

We are private individuals with four children who all love going to Trucmeni, which is a place of freedom, cabins and games on the nearby beach. And for those who like it, there's fishing on foot (shrimps...). This house is our little paradise. Thank you for looking after it!

Trucmeni is a family home we had built in 2023. It is located in a family pine forest at the back of a traditional housing estate. We're 250m from the beach, 1km from shops, 3.6km from the sailing club at La Tranche sur Mer, 10km from the authentic port of L'Aiguillon, 43km from La Roche sur Yon, 60km from La Rochelle, 98km from Puy du Fou, and 113km from Nantes.
