-Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance. You can use the “Special Requests” section when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Kindly note that the hotel cannot be held responsible if you arrive late without having informed us in advance and no one is available to check you in.
-Please note that the property and all rooms are only accessible by stairs (no elevator).
