If you're looking for a quiet vacation rental (whole house) in a beautiful setting, you've come to the right place!
This newly renovated former cowshed has 2 levels:
- 1st floor, also accessible on one level: living room / kitchenette, which doubles as a yoga studio when the house is not rented out (see photo), with large tufa stone arches, typical of the region.
- First floor: 2 sleeping areas, rather small but each equipped with a 160cm bed (a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed). Separate bathroom and WC.
In this natural setting, you'll be able to disconnect from your daily routine, enjoying the sound of the river below. Watch our 2 little ewes and our hens in the middle of an orchard with dozens of trees, admire the Milky Way at night when the sky is clear, because there's no light pollution here.
There's also no noise pollution, as the road leading to the village is a cul de sac, so there's very little traffic outside the village, and the house is just 500m from the center.
The name "La maison des biches" is simply linked to the fact that we often see deer on our property, so you may be lucky enough to come across one during your stay, even in the middle of the day!
Facilities: kitchenette (gas stove, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, fridge and all you need to cook and eat on site), fireplace with wood-burning insert, additional electric heating, bed linen and bath towels provided, large 140cm shower, blackout curtains and blinds, fiber-optic wi-fi but no TV. Garden furniture on south-facing terrace with pergola, overlooking the surrounding countryside.
French-German couple, speaking 3 languages with English.
We look forward to welcoming you, especially if you're coming from abroad to discover our region
