Welcome to our bright 90m² house, nestling in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Gujan-Mestras, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our villa offers a comfortable and friendly setting for unforgettable moments. Important to know: The pool operates without chemicals, thanks to a biological balance. The presence of a few algae is therefore normal and harmless: they are an integral part of this natural ecosystem. A pool technician visits twice a week for maintenance.
