## The space Charming and functional studio, located on the first floor of a beautiful building in the heart of La Mulatière. Ideally located at the gates of Lyon, it offers quick access to the heart of the Presqu'île by public transport. The apartment is equipped with the following amenities: A living area with a seating area, sofa, and storage unit. An open kitchenette equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. A dining table with two chairs. Sleeping area in the mezzanine with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) (note the low ceiling height, with a Velux window that does not have blackout blinds). A bathroom with a shower, storage unit, WC, and towel dryer. Orange Wi-Fi (ATTENTION: TV does not work) LINENS AND BASIC PRODUCTS You will find linens and basic products upon your arrival. ATTENTION: Only one set of keys is given to tenants for their stay, and it is not possible to obtain additional sets.

For a lovely walk, head to Parc Chabrières, perfect for relaxing or picnicking. If you want to explore further, the Fourvière Hill is easily accessible by public transport and offers breathtaking views of Lyon, along with fascinating historical sites. There are also great restaurants in the area, such as La Table de Suzanne: A friendly place where you can enjoy refined cuisine and seasonal products with attentive service, and Le Café du Monde: A pleasant spot to enjoy a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options, with a lovely terrace for sunny days, and many more. ## Getting around Very well served by metro, bus, bike, and the banks of the Rhône, just 5 minutes on foot. PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT: To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take tram 1 towards Debourg and get off at Perrache, then take bus number 8 and get off at "La Chenaie & Fontanières." The apartment is a 3-minute walk away. PUBLIC TRANSPORT BUS: Line 8 - Stop "La Chenaie & Fontanières" Line 10 - Stop "Bastéro & Aquarium" BIKE: Several bike stations around the apartment.
