È un delizioso appartamento sul mare , curato nei minimi dettagli. Accogliente e arioso ha un grande terrazzo sul retro e una meravigliosa vista mare. I soffitti sono alti e con le travi a vista, il pavimento in rovere sbiancato e i mobili sono d'epoca . Sarà come soggiornare in un boutique hotel
Sono la proprietaria di questa casa e per problemi di lavoro e di tempo Ho deciso di affittare il mio appartamento. Ho passato delle vacanze meravigliose li. Andavo a correre sul lungo mare la mattina presto. Adoravo andare a fare la spesa nel bellissimo mercato di mentone a pochi passi da casa , passeggiare per le vie pedonali del centro e fare colazione nella splendida piazzetta circondata dai glicini. Mi piacciono le comodità e trovò meraviglioso avere la casa praticamente sulla spiaggia. L'ho arredata io insieme ai miei genitori , in famiglia abbiamo un grande senso estetico e quindi la casa rispecchia un po' la nostra anima.
L'eccezionale della mia casa è che si trova a 20 metri dal mare, 10 metri dalla via pedonale del centro ed è in un contesto di palazzine liberty bellissime. A Mentone si possono fare tantissime attività come andare a correre o passeggiare sul lungo mare ,affittare qualsiasi mezzo acquatico , girare per i meravigliosi negozietti , sdraiarsi nella spiaggia libera davanti a casa o scegliere i beach club più esclusivi . Il tutto raggiungibile in 2 min a piedi. Ci sono un'infinità di ristorantini deliziosi, italiani francesi o internazionali. Gelaterie , boulangerie e ogni tipo di delicatessen. Il vecchio mercato rionale è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Per chi ama il gioco d'azzardo a Mentone c'è un bel casinò. Per i più curiosi ci sono dei paesini meravigliosi a pochi minuti di macchina . Per i più sofisticati a 10 min arrivate alla divina Montecarlo con i suoi locali di lusso e divertimento sfrenato.
