Detached house comprising an entrance hall opening onto the living room and an open-plan kitchen; stereo system. Living room; satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, Wi-Fi, one single bed (80cm).
Bedroom 1: one double bed (160cm). Shower room with separate toilet.

Electric heating (ceramic core radiators and underfloor heating on the ground floor, heated towel rails in the bathrooms, convectors in the upstairs bedrooms). Private heated saltwater swimming pool (open from May 30th to September 5th) located 60m away in a meadow below the property, secured by an electric cover: large pool measuring 9.5m x 4.5m and 1.6m deep; children's pool measuring 2.7m x 4.5m and 80cm deep. In the Coly Valley, 14km from the Lascaux cave, 27km from Sarlat, and close to beautiful villages (St-Genies, St Amand de Coly, Condat sur Vézère, Fanlac, etc.), prehistoric and troglodytic sites in the Vézère Valley, the medieval town and the Gardens of the Imagination in Terrasson, and the Eyrignac Gardens, this very comfortable Périgord-style stone house in a quiet setting near other houses is the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Large enclosed courtyard, small wood, and lawn at the rear. Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot, baby bath, toilet seat reducer, sandbox, and rocking horse.
