Built in the 1880s, Maison Souquet is located on a quiet private lane, in easy walking distance to all the village amenities. It has been extensively renovated to offer self-contained accommodation for up to 4 people over 2 floors. It has awarded 4 stars (highest award possible for a property of this size) by the Tourist Board The renovation has created a charming property, which blends all the modern comforts you have come to expect from 4* accommodation, with the external charm of the traditional stone walls. It has private parking. The pretty terrace garden provides a private place to enjoy the outdoors - under the shade perhaps with a glass of the excellent local wine provided with your gift basket! The ground floor has an open plan and well equipped living room/kitchen, and a seperate cloakroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. The modern bathroom has an Italian style walk in shower. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for 4 people and offers washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven, and induction hob. Each room has a split air conditioning/ heating unit system. The living area provides TV, DVD player and CD player. The Free TV box gives access to a wide range of free films and tv channels. Free Wifi is included. A selection of games can be made available on request. For children we have some toys, books and a travelling cot and high chair which upon request can be placed in the house for your arrival.
