Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming stone house in a hamlet of Vexin with a magnificent view on the countryside, with a surface of 200 m² and which can welcome up to 12 travelers (ideal for 2 or 3 families according to the number of children). The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor : -A nice living room of 40 m² with air-conditioning, TV, Wifi, a dining room table, a functional fireplace (first flame offered), a fully equipped kitchen (with a pellet stove): induction hob, fan-assisted oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher..., and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer -Separate toilet 1st floor: -Bedroom 1 with air-conditioning : a queen-size bed (160x200) -Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning : a queen-size bed (160x200) -Bedroom 3 with air-conditioning : A desk with a bench that can be transformed into a double bed -A large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. -Separate toilet 2nd floor attic dedicated to children: -A landing with a small sofa and a table which is a relaxation area where you will find some games and books for children -Room 4 : four single beds -Room 5 : two single beds -A shower room with WC (not closed) Outside : You can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² with a swing for children with swings, trapeze, rope ...
