Located at 7 rue Halévy, this bright and fully equipped studio welcomes you in the very heart of the French Riviera. Just a 1-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, it's the perfect place for a peaceful stay in one of Nice’s most desirable neighborhoods.
The apartment includes a lovely balcony – ideal for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine), a comfortable sleeping area, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a modern shower.
The building has an elevator. The SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, and the nearest tram stop is just minutes away. Restaurants, bakeries, museums, and shops are all within walking distance.
Non-smoking studio, ideal for 1 or 2 guests. No pets allowed. Self-check-in available on request.
