Atypical Villa a Provencal farmhouse completely renovated with taste, ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Rouret close to shops but quiet. Located 20 minutes from Antibes, 30 minutes from Nice and 25 minutes from Cannes. Around the most beautiful golf of the region. House with a lot of charm on 2 floors, a garden of 2000m2. The house is bathed in light, a large outdoor area with various relaxation areas, beautiful swimming pool and open views of the mountains. Ideal for a great vacation

In the heart of the old village of Le Rouret, quiet Near Valbonne village and surrounded by the most beautiful golf courses in the region
