Upon booking, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, where you’ll find all essential information, including check-in instructions, access details, the house manual, and more. Completion of the Guest Portal is required before check-in. This includes agreeing to our house rules, submitting a valid ID for verification, and authorizing a security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay once our housekeeping team has inspected and approved the apartment.
