## The space In order to improve your stay and to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstanding, we invite you to read the announcement until the end before booking. Thank you for your understanding. Welcome to Villa MULUA, an atypical house with Jacuzzi, located in the charming town of Bidart. As soon as you enter this house, you will be seduced by its modern design and its careful decoration. The entrance to the villa will lead you to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals with all the necessary equipment, including an American fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. From here you can see the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and the living room, which has direct access to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts or evening drinks around another dining table. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a double bed and a storage cupboard, as well as a bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, also with double beds, which lead to a terrace with a jacuzzi, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surroundings. There is a reversible air conditioning unit in each bedroom, but not in the living room. A maintenance appointment for the air conditioning is scheduled for Monday, July 1st at 10:30 AM (the appointment cannot be rescheduled). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Villa MULUA has a private garage, although it is small (5.50m deep, 2.40m wide, 2m high) and may not be suitable for large cars, but there is also the possibility to park another vehicle outside. The house is also suitable for families with babies, as it offers a cot with baby mattress and a high chair on request and subject to availability. ## The neighborhood There are several beaches within walking distance or a few minutes drive from Villa MULUA. Bidart beach, about 2 km away, is famous for its fine sand and surf. Erretegia beach, about 3 km away, is also popular for its relaxed atmosphere and unspoilt natural surroundings. The surrounding area also offers beautiful green landscapes and nature walks. The coastal path along the Basque coast offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and is ideal for hiking and cycling. The village of Bidart itself is charming, with its cobbled streets, typical Basque houses and 16th century church. You can also discover the nearby towns of Biarritz, about 7 km away, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, about 12 km away, which are known for their beautiful beaches, Basque architecture and rich cultural heritage. ## Getting around If you are looking to get around, here are some options: - Public transport: You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website. - Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Biarritz airport. - Parking in Biarritz: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car in the streets of the city or in these car parks. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid parking violations. - The centre of Biarritz is approximately 5km from the villa.
