There is an elevator on the first floor (European convention; meaning the second floor in the US). You will need to take the stairs on the ground floor to reach the first floor, where you will find the elevator. As apartments, we do not have a reception desk at the entrance. However, we are on-site during working hours (9.30 am - 6 pm). The registration form is sent 20 days before your arrival with a pre-authorization payment link including the tourist tax and a security deposit. The access codes and information for your apartment are sent by e-mail the evening before your arrival (around 8 pm; French time). Our dedicated team will clean before your arrival and at the end of your stay. We sincerely wish to provide you with a "pied-à-terre" experience to make you feel at home. Therefore, your stay does not include daily cleaning or replacement amenities and towels.
