We have renovated this old barn in a small rural villge called Bassy. To make the most of the view along the Rhone valley, we created the house 'up-side-down': Our lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the Rhone. (Our favourit place to eat meals or have a B. B. Q.)
We have a small garden were we grow a few vegetables and some fruit and a lovely deck to relax in the shade or a hamock for those who prefer the sun.
We are on the promentary with views down into Seyssel and the Rhone and opposite the church and the town hall with adequet parking for all.

The river Rhone runs alongside us then through the center of Seyssel just a few Km below. There are lovely picnic areas with swimming, pedlos, childrens play areas, excersise machines and even a wake-boarding school and restaurant.
On Monday morning there is a market on our side (74) of the river while the other side (01) hosts a market on Saturday morning. It is always nice to have cofffee and croisants and take in the ambience. There is also a supermarket in Seyssel.
