Its location in hyper center 2 steps from Place Massena makes it exceptional. You will be in the heart of Nice city life. You will enjoy the beautiful flowered and sunny terrace to take your meals or read a magazine. You will be seduced by the brightness of the apartment due to its southern exposure. You will also appreciate Its two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms. Air conditioning is in the upstairs bedroom which is open and on the mezzanine. The apartment has an exotic decoration. You will find many natural materials and fibers such as wooden furniture and wool carpets. The apartment is filled with objects that the owners have brought back from their travels as well as pictures taken during their adventures at the end of the world. The apartment is on the 5th floor and last floor. It is accessible by elevator. It has a free Wi-Fi connection.

TOUCAN DUPLEX TERRACE has an ideal location in the hyper center. All the must-see places in the city are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment: - The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches - The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin - The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city) - Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...) You will also be close to a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily. The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center. The train station is a few minutes walk away. Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
