With its open concept you can easily cook and enjoy the living room and be part of the Action. Eating is a pleasure either on the kitchen island or on the dining table seating 8 guests. Useful back entrance that allows you to hang all your coats, or beach items as well as a guest toilet located on this floor. 1st FLOOR: 3 bedrooms are found on the first floor. 2 double bedrooms (160cm & 180cm beds) one has its private in-suite shower and sink area, the third bedroom is a children bedroom, furnished with toys and bunk beds (2x 90cm beds). ATTIC: On the third floor attic you will find a Master Bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its en-suite master bath with large bathtub and separate toilet. The views from this floor are wonderful and even if its in the Attic the 3 meter height of the celling make it a large space.

Located in the best place super close to the beach but in a quiet country setting with lovely walks and cycle paths. - Walking distance to a magnificent natural beach . - 1km: to St Lunaire town center - Just next to a cycle path and bus stop to St Malo train station, Dinard. -Ideally by Car that you can rent at the airports in Rennes, Nantes or in the train station at St Malo. -If not there is a bus stop a few steps from the house that connects you to Dinard, the St Malo Train station and many other places. -Also close by is a bicycle lane that allows for riding and being able to access Dinard all the way to St Briac. -There are some taxis available but you need to book in advance.
