The property on which this inviting vacation home is located is accessible via a communal gate. Communal entrance area in the house. You enjoy a quiet location on a largely unspoiled peninsula. There is a rural area to the south and a lawn on the gable as well as a furnished terrace with balusters that extend further along the house. The accommodation boasts cozy furnishings and an old bread oven adorns the living room. Oysters are farmed in Pors-Guyon (2 km) with its small, unspoiled beach: An ideal opportunity to get a taste for fresh oysters. Nearby is the Sillon de Talbert. This 3.5 km long headland, which is unparalleled in Europe, invites you to take wonderful walks on the finest sand. There are plenty of small, family-friendly beaches by the water, such as Pors Rand near Kermagen. The GR34 long-distance hiking trail takes you to many beautiful rocky coves along the littoral. The historic town of Tréguier with its beautiful cathedral is only a few kilometers away, and Paimpol, popularly known as the town of the Icelanders, has something going on all year round: the Chants des Marins music festival, museums, regattas, the scallop shell festival and the Fête des Vieux Gréements with concerts, exhibitions, entertainment and flea markets. The crossing to Bréhat Island from Arcouest takes a quarter of an hour. Spend a beautiful day on the island, which is also known as the flower island due to its diverse vegetation.
