Numéro 7 is a ‘maison de maître’ built in 1875 with 2500m2 of garden. The apartment consists of all of the upper, second floor. It has been decorated in a clean, slightly retro style, with laminate flooring and original artwork and offers a light, attractive space in which to unwind.
The lodgings include a spacious living room with a kitchen area and dining table plus an area to relax in with a sofa and armchair. The well-equipped kitchen area has a fridge, induction hob and combination microwave. A Nespresso machine finishes It off.
The large bedroom features a king size bed and plenty of space if the fold away bed or your own cot is required for a small child. There is hanging space for your clothes and a full length mirror.
The bathroom includes a sink, toilet and large bath with shower above.
The whole apartment has recently been completed so the rooms have been redecorated and all equipment is new.
