L'appartement est composé d'un salon avec table basse, TV et un canapé convertible en lit d'appoint (pour 2 personnes), d'un espace repas, d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre fermée avec lit double et d'une salle de bain avec WC séparé. La literie a été revue en février 2021: installation d'un surmatelas pour plus de confort. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (cafetière à capsules Nespresso, plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, four traditionnel, ainsi qu'un four micro-ondes). Une machine à laver est également disponible dans l'appartement. Pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible, le linge de maison est fourni (draps, serviettes, torchon, tapis de salle de bain) ainsi que quelques consommables (café, thé, huile, sel, poivre, gel douche, savon et produit vaisselle). Le logement dispose également d'une connexion WiFi. De nombreux rangements sont disponibles dans l'appartement. La situation de ce petit cocon est idéale pour une escapade en amoureux ou en famille sur la côte d'Émeraude.
