This newly refurbished apartment is a unique refuge in Arles' historical center. We carefully picked furniture, art, and accessories from our travels and some of the outdoor furniture was up-cycled from wood beams recuperated from the building. We tried to keep the charm of the building while adding comfort and design. Each bedroom has air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable in the winter and summer.

I am an artist, graphic designer and art director based in Paris and Arles. I am the co-editor in chief of IRK Magazine and I am a photographer with my husband Julien under the pseudo French Cowboy. I am married to a French man who is an amazing designer and photographer. He was the art director of two magazines for 15 years and he was a product designer for Stark for 5 years. We both take photos under our pseudo French Cowboy. Our dream is to live in Arles and we finally bought a building that needed a lot of love, vision and time to make it our dream project. Today we call one apartment le loup and the other les steppes after the name of the bookstore that used to be beneath it.

The apartment is on a street with cars so you can be dropped off in front of the building with your luggage. The best way to get around is on foot though. There are so many incredible restaurants within two minutes walk such as l'Antonelle le Bistrot, Monstre, L'Autruche.... We are right behind L'espace Van Gogh and an easy walk to lots of galleries and shops.
