Welcome to Petits Paradis dans le Sud! We, Elizabeth and Tom, are happy to receive you in 1 of the following accommodations: Petit Paradis Mazet, Petit Paradis Bellevue, Petit Paradis Nemausus and now also in Petit Paradis Garrigue. All Petits Paradis dans le Sud are located in the Gard, a department in the south of France, between Mont Ventoux and Cévennes, close to the Mediterranean Sea. It is a very varied region with beautiful cities such as Nimes, Montpellier, Arles, Avignon and Uzès, but also the famous Pont du Gard, the Camargue and the seaside with beautiful sandy beaches are nearby.

Property information

This fully fenced property is very quietly located at the end of a dead-end street at the foot of the Massif des Lens; your nature hikes start at 20m from the house. The house is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with all new appliances: convection oven, large refrigerator, electric cooking plate, dishwasher and microwave oven), a completely new bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 separate Toilets. The new swimming pool is built against the terrace. There is also a laundry machine and dryer available.

Neighbourhood information

Moulézan is a typical small French village located between the vineyards and the Massif des Lens with its many official hiking trails. There is a bakery, pizzeria, bar tabac and restaurant.
