La Petite Roche is a town house dating from the beginning of the 19th century, and part of the cultural heritage of La Rochelle. This house is completely renovated and combines the comfort of modernity and the cachet of the old. We occupy the lower part of the house. The elegant apartment occupies the 2nd floor, and the Mansarde apartment, the 3rd floor. Between the 1st and 2nd floor, a beautiful south-facing terrace allows all the guests of the house to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the backyards. The apartments are very well equipped with high quality bedding and high-performance household appliances. The decoration is discreet, authentic and neat. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and towels are available. If you need equipment for your baby, we can lend you a travel cot, a chair booster, and a baby bath. We also help you with the practical aspects by advising you, for example, on the possibilities of parking your vehicle at the lowest cost, by indicating the best bakeries and the nearest supermarkets. In terms of catering, we know the right tables, and ours is one of them; Gilles will welcome you with pleasure in his restaurant in the Saint Nicolas district, La Bonne Pâte, serving pizzas, pastas, and bruschettas, but also good homemade desserts and ice cream.

La Petite Roche is located in the city center of La Rochelle, 500 meters from the old port and 200 meters from the shopping streets. You will enjoy the convenience of the city center, everything is within walking distance, limiting the disadvantages of the hyper-center (noise, traffic impossible). The street is residential but close to everything: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, but above all, the market! The permanent hall is 300 meters away and is open every morning. Added to this are the farmers' markets on Wednesday and Saturday morning just 100 meters from the house. Everything you need to discover good local products. As for parking, it is possible to park on the street (paid parking). The Maubec car park also allows you to park less than 300 meters away without having to look for a space.
