We bought Kergudon and its gîtes at the end of 2014 and moved here from south west London. We are thoroughly enjoying creating the perfect place for couples and families to come on holiday and relax from the hustle of busy everyday lives. We have been very fortunate to have met some lovely people who have stayed with us, and frequently return, and we always look forward to welcoming new people to Kergudon and sharing this magical place.

Priory at Kergudon is one of our 3 cosy and well-appointed gîtes nestled in the heart of the Monts D’Arrée in Finistère, Brittany, France.
Priory is a family gîte which can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms (1 king sized four-poster bed, a second king-sized bed and attached shower room, and 1 twin room). Priory is dog-friendly so we are very happy to welcome you on holiday with your four-legged friends.
Dating from 1640, Priory has had a long and interesting history that we are still in the process of researching. Since buying the business we have focused on improving all aspects of our gîtes and our gardens and, while we have achieved a lot, we still have lots of projects on the go!
We are located in the village of Saint Cadou in the commune of Sizun. We are perfectly sited to access all of the amazing locations of Finistère. We are equidistant from the north, south and west coasts of Brittany each with their own unique character and stunning scenery and only 5 minutes from the fabulous freshwater Lac du Drennec with its own beaches and water activities as well as having our own 10 x 5 heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool and adjacent pool house (indoor / outdoor as there is a full-height telescopic cover that can be retracted in good weather).
Please do have a look at our own website which outlines all of our properties and we hope to welcome you to Kergudon soon.

Saint Cadou is a small village in the heart of the beautiful scenery of the Monts D’Arrée in Finistère. Our guests have compared the area to many different parts of the UK including Wales, Cornwall and Yorkshire, and while this is lovely, we think it is also distinctly Breton. Within 10 minutes of us you can be walking in forests, through farmland or on the open spaces of the natural parc d’Armorique.
St. Cadou is somewhere to come and relax and enjoy being together in the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is absolutely no traffic noise so you are assured a great night’s sleep and, with zero light pollution, looking up at the night sky is amazing and seeing the millions of stars.
We are within easy reach of many interesting cities, towns and villages from the large departmental ‘capital’, the very beautiful Quimper; through smaller market towns of Morlaix, Chateaulin and Huelgoat; to the pretty villages of Locronan, Saint-Thégonnec and Saint-Rivoal to name a few all with their own markets, local stores and charm.
