Located in the medieval village of Giez, this residence is situated opposite Lake Annecy Golf Club. It features a tennis court in the garden, 2 swimming pools and a sauna. Each apartment is equipped with a TV and most feature a balcony or a terrace. Apartments include a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. Most units have a balcony or terrace. A buffet breakfast is prepared every day at the Résidence Vacancéole - Le Birdie. After breakfast, guests can play billiards in the games room. Free WiFi access is available at the reception. Lake Annecy is just a 7-minute drive from Le Birdie residence and Annecy is 25 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.
