Each apartment has: - a bedroom and a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, Wifi ("Le 571") - two bedrooms, an open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, Wifi ("Le 572" and "573") All the apartments are located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, of the Résidence Le Paris which has 5 levels (the two upper floors being made up of apartments occupied by residential tenants). Finally, Résidence Le Paris benefits from its proximity, less than 400 meters, to the last free parking lot in the city, Place Jean Epinat.

Ideally located in the city center with free parking less than 400m away on Place Jean Epinat, the Résidence Le Paris is very convenient for discovering Vichy. The Residence is also located near the covered market (ideal for discovering local specialties and shopping for fresh food). The Park, the lake or the Vichy thermal baths are within a 5-minute walk.
