Close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, the''Résidence Palais Étoile'' is an elegant Haussmannian building composed of 12 luxurious new 2-room apartments. The residence offers the highest level of comfort with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom and bathroom. Each room is equipped with a double bed ( Queen size/ 140 cm) with excellent quality bedding. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 persons ( queen size/140 cm) and a dining area. Some apartments also offer a single bed armchair (twin/90 cm) which can accommodate between 1 and 5 people depending on the apartment.

Payment Conditions The full payment for your stay is due 7 days prior to your arrival. If the registered card is invalid or expired at that time, you will automatically receive a secure payment link. This link will allow you to complete the payment safely, either with the card registered on Booking. com or with any other card of your choice. For long stays or reservations with a total amount exceeding 1000 Euro, a prepayment equivalent to the first night will be charged at the reservation. The remaining balance will be requested 7 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy These payment conditions do not affect your cancellation terms: You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within this period, all amounts paid (deposit and any remaining balance) will be fully refunded. Additional Information Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional fee of 120 Euro. ''La Défense'' business Center is only 10 minutes away by metro. Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports 30 - 40 minutes away. Disneyland Park, access by RER C (Porte maillot station / less than 1 min from the residence) then RER A (Charle de Gaulle Station to the terminal) 7,60 euros/ person in 45 min. Optimal access to visitors thanks to metro, bus and peripherals
