Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost. A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas. A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine. Activities available in the area include excursions to the D-Day beaches. Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 22 km away.
