Its old-world charm and Landes family history has been preserved to the maximum. It is a meublé de tourisme classified 3 stars✨✨✨, which guarantees you a label of quality sought after in vacation rentals. The accommodation is fenced on 3 sides and the 4th overlooks the forest. You enjoy a large garden of 1500 m2. Most of the furnishings are vintage-style, except for the kitchen and shower room, where all fittings are new and of high quality. It is air-conditioned, sleeps 4 (any age, perfect for a couple and 2 children or 4 friends) and comprises: - one bedroom with a double bed ; - a bedroom with a bunk bed; - a large living room with dining area. There's a front terrace which, despite the blackout hedges, can cause some noise pollution from the main road in front of the house. There's also one at the back, quite quiet and in the middle of nature, with a view of the nearby forest. Early in the morning, you can see roe deer and sometimes wild boar, goshawks, robins, thrushes and so on. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. There's also a parasol, an outdoor table with deckchairs and an electric plancha to make the most of the outdoor spaces on offer.
