FRENCH RIVIERA - Villefranche sur mer - Terrace sea view - AVAILABLE FROM MAY TO OCTOBER FOR SEASONAL RENTAL Contact us by mail for other dates Our favorite. Located in Villefranche sur Mer in the heart of the Golden Triangle, in a beautiful residence with terrace/loggia, sea view, swimming pool, snack bar and solarium. Close to St jean Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu sur Mer. It's on the 1st floor with elevator, and has the advantage of being very quiet and bright thanks to its southern exposure. It comprises: open-plan kitchen, living room and sleeping area. The apartment is 36m2 + 12m2 of loggia - Secure collective parking - Fiber internet - Swimming pool - Tennis court and beaches 2 steps from the residence on foot. Nearby bus stops (15 and 100) provide easy access to Nice on one side and Monaco on the other. Villefranche train station is 1.1 km from the apartment on foot, and Nice airport is just 25 minutes away by car.
Kristin is American and Marc is a local. After travelling extensively, we decided to settle in Villefranche sur Mer. During the high season we rent out our main residence, a great opportunity to discover the local lifestyle. We'll be happy to share our local tips with you.
This is the quiet residential area of the sector. Access to the beach is by stairs, with the Marinières beach on one side, and the start of St Jean Cap Ferrat with the Grasseuil beach on the other. Beaulieu, the old town of Villefranche-sur-mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat are within walking distance in about 15 minutes. Opposite the residence you'll find the famous Villa Nellcote, immortalized by the Rolling Stone. Main residence for some neighbors - please respect the quiet of the area.
