Un quartier très calme et bourgeois loin du bruit du centre ville et en même temps proche de tout. Le Bouscat est désormais relié au centre ville de Bordeaux en 6 minutes via le tramway D. Une oasis de verdure avec le parc Bordelais à 2 pas place Le Bouscat comme un lieu privilégié et très recherché pour y vivre en toute tranquilité.
