## The space This bright and welcoming 45m² apartment is perfect for families or friends, offering accommodation for up to 6 people. It features a comfortable living space with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, coffee maker, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), a dining area, and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed and TV. The large balcony offers beautiful mountain views and plenty of natural light. Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with bunk beds, a 140 cm double bed on the mezzanine level, and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate for added convenience. ## Guest access The apartment is located in a quiet residence in the Hameau area of Méribel Mottaret, with ski-in/ski-out access via the Perdrix slope just in front of the building. A private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence. A covered parking space is also included, just a few steps from the entrance. The nearest ski lifts (Combes, Pas du Lac, and Plattières) are just a short ski away, providing direct access to the vast Three Valleys ski area (600 km of slopes).
