Charmant appartement, entièrement rénové et meublé, est conçu pour être un espace très ouvert sans cloison siitué au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble dans le centre historique piéton appelé l'Ecusson (quartier animé).
A noter la présence d'une belle cave voûtée (accès par escalier pentu déconseillé aux enfants).
À seulement 3 minutes à pied de la place de la Canourgue et du Jardin des Plantes, 10 minutes de la place de la Comédie, et 15 minutes de la gare Saint-Roch.
