We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed opening onto a balcony with a lovely view. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Heating, Refrigerator. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. For your convenience, professional housekeeping is performed before and after each guest's arrival. The accommodation is located in the center of town and close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops, ski and bike rental services, cable cars, supermarkets, sporting goods stores, ski schools... The Les Houches ski area is just 650 m away! So you can enjoy all kinds of mountain activities: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking... You can also discover Lac des Chavants (15-20 minutes away on foot, with a wide range of summer activities including cliff climbing, fishing, pétanque, children's games, orienteering courses, a rope pyramid, picnics... ) and Chamonix (just 13 minutes away by car) for a trip to the Aiguille du Midi. A "Cyprien Sports" ski rental store is located almost at the foot of the building. For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
