Our fully renovated studios located in the hyper center of Rouen benefit from a privileged geographical situation. The apartments are located at the end of a courtyard on the ground floor, courtyard closed in the evening to ensure maximum peace of mind while enjoying all the amenities that can offer the city center. Located between Jeanne d'Arc Street and the Old Market Square, it will take you just 8 minutes walk from the train station and only 5 minutes from the bus station to the apartments.
