Only one room will be closed for the owners' belongings. ## Guest interaction Travelers will be in direct contact with our agency. They should contact the agency at the latest 2 days before their arrival in order to agree on the time at which they wish to come. Not being a hotel, we do not have a reception, so it is important for the agency to have a meeting time to welcome the tenants and give them the keys.
