New, very functional accommodation, each of the 3 bedrooms is independent with its own air-conditioning and heating system. The ground floor bedroom has its own 2m2 terrace, entrance, bathroom and separate toilet. The spacious living room (48m2) opens directly on to a 25m2 terrace.
2 bathrooms, 2 showers, one balneo, 3 wc, 2 hairdryers, 2 zooming mirrors, washing line, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 1 microwave, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge.

Very quiet, 5' walk from a large Montmorency forest. Biking, walking, also ideal for runners. Château de la chasse nearby. Quietness respected by neighbors working for the national police and gendarmerie. Secure, residential neighborhood.
