The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Athis-Mons, this charming apartment of a surface of 53 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 22 m ², of an open kitchen equipped, of a beautiful room, of a water room and of a balcony. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room of 22 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (140x190) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, fridge-freezer, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony of about 6 m in length and 1 m in width, accessible from the living room and the bedroom ideal for enjoying the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Bed linen included. - Towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - No smoking in the house. - No parties in the apartment. - Arrivals are between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, beyond this time a supplement is requested. Departures are between 09:00 and 11:00, outside these hours a supplement is also required (request and payment to our provider on site). To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Imanesya Conciergerie (concierge / stewardship service).

The apartment is ideally located in Athis-Mons, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops including a supermarket. Activities : The RER station close to the residence will allow you to access the main sites of the capital and notably the Eiffel Tower. The RER C serves the François Mitterrand Library in 20 minutes (connection line 14, this line serves Bercy, Gare de Lyon, Châtelet and Saint-Lazare), it also serves the stations of Saint Michel, Musée d'Orsay, Invalide, Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower) and Château de Versailles as a terminus. Transportation: - You can park for free near the residence. - Nearest train station: RER C Athis-Mons, 300 meters away, 5 minutes on foot. - Nearest airport: ORLY, 10 minutes away by car.
