Renovated apartment, air-conditioned, very nice facilities with private parking. Large bedroom with 180X200 bed, dressing room, fully equipped kitchen, office space, fiber wifi, sofa bed, very nice balcony... Easy public transport.
Manager of around twenty apartments, I devote myself every day to the well-being of my guests.
In the next few minutes, I will explain to you all the advantages of staying in this central area. Indeed, the location of the apartment is a real asset. You are close to everything. For example, shops. Count only: → 1 minute walk to get to a pharmacy; → 3 minutes by car to find a bakery; → 3 minutes by car to reach a supermarket; → 4 minutes by car to enjoy the market (open Monday and Friday); → 5 minutes by car to reach a tobacconist; → 15 minutes on foot to get to Galeries Lafayette. Banks and gas stations are also nearby. You will also find a few restaurants for a gourmet lunch break. My advice: take a little trip to the pizzeria “Le Napolitain”, the pizzas there are SU-CU-LENT. But above all... Booking my accommodation gives you the possibility to get to the main business areas of the Lyon metropolitan area very easily. → Edouard Herriot hospital - 5 minutes by car. → Parilly racecourse - 6 minutes by car. → Louis Pradel hospital - 7 minutes by car. → Lyon-Bron airport - 7 minutes by car. → Eurexpo Lyon - 7 minutes by car. → Pierre Wertheimer hospital - 9 minutes by car. → Bluegreen golf course - 10 minutes by car. → Laënnec medical school - 12 minutes on foot. Finally, the center of Lyon is 30 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by tram). Do you prefer to travel by public transport? You will really enjoy my private parking space. The apartment is just a stone's throw from many public transport options. I'll give you the details right away in the "Getting around" section, just below.
