This 32 m² ground-floor one-bedroom apartment (T2) is located on Route de Lagrange. Its spacious south-facing terrace invites you to relax, featuring a garden set with a table, three armchairs, and a lounge chair.
The 17 m² main living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with two electric hotplates, a fridge-freezer, a mini oven, a microwave, and more. You'll also find a BZ sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table, and three chairs.
The bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm double bed, a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe, and is brightened by a west-facing window. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a vanity unit, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
