「After our 2 bedded room was changed from a DARK BASEMENT CORRIDOR ROOM LOOKING OUT ON THE UNDERSIDE OF PARKED CARS, to a normal daylight-lit room on the 2nd floor, we were happy & comfortable. The basement rooms are TERRIBLE !!」
