Here you will find a secluded charming 2-room pool side house, pleasantly cool thanks to the huge chestnut tree above it. Totally renovated, be the first guests ! If you need more rooms, you can rent one or two in the manor house in the same property.
From here you can visit the Chateaux de la Loire, and come back and refresh and relax.
3 minutes' walk to downtown Saint-Avertin, an elegant historic neighbourhood of Tours. There you will find bakeries, delis, three restaurants, banks and pharmacies.
5km to superlively Vieux Tours and and 4,5 to TGV station ( 1h to Paris)
