Beautiful studio less than 10 minutes from Paris, in Ivry-sur-Seine, recently renovated! Very comfortable, functional, and bright, this small studio has everything you need and will be the perfect cozy nest after a day of work, training, or sightseeing in Paris. Due to the reduced nightly rate, and in order to prevent theft and damage, we charge 10 euros on site (or 15 euros through Booking) for access to bed linens and towels. A 50 euros deposit is also required on site, which will be returned at the end of your stay if the studio is left clean and in good condition, as it was when you arrived. Vélib’ bike station 80 meters away, Metro line 7 and RER C within a 7-minute walk, Bus 132 less than a minute’s walk. All shops nearby, quiet neighborhood. This fully equipped studio is perfect for a couple.
