Bed linen is provided but beds are not made before arrival.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

Please note that holiday cheques are not accepted.

Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.

Guests are required to contact the property after booking to receive check-in instructions.

All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested and arranged in advance.

Guests are required to clean the kitchen area and dishes prior to departure.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

到着時に、€ 300の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後14日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
