Very quiet and silent, just next corner you found everithings. traditional bakery and pastry shops, beaches, bus stop or taxi, music bar, marina restaurants, cinema, library, A recent, clean, perfumed, fully equipped apartment. White and light blue, full of light! Come and stay in our charming brightly one bedroom apartment in St. Jean cap Ferrat, very close to Italy and between Monaco and Nice. Be awakened by the sound of the birds and the bright Mediterranean sunlight before stepping outside to many local cafes and restaurant in the town directly outside, or to the first of many beaches just five minutes away on foot, or the footpaths that lead you for a delightful walk around the peninsula. This beautiful, recent apartment is graced with a off the comfortable living room, many windows to enjoy the summer breeze and incomparable light of the Cote d'Azur, windowed kitchen with electric stove and range, a bedroom where you will sleep under the fresco and a stunning silence and enjoy the cross-currents of breeze allowed by the window in the room. bathroom , has a full sized tub with hand shower, the apartment is equipped with a washer machine, dish washer, conventional oven, microwave, others. We are in a small building, up one flight of stairs or elevator. when you open the door , we invite you to share our home and delight in the many joys and pleasures of spending time here i South of France!
